Responsibilities as a Systems Reliability Engineer-2 :
- Specialized in managing Nutanix Kubernetes Platform(NKP), Nutanix DRaaS Cloud, Nutanix Disaster Recovery, and multi-cloud solutions including AWS and Nutanix NC2, automating and managing Kubernetes deployments across hybrid cloud environments, ensuring scalability and high availability for 200+ node clusters.
- Provided direct technical support to 2000+ global customers, diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to Nutanix platform infrastructure, achieving a 95% customer satisfaction rate.
- Led infrastructure modernization initiatives by guiding customers through cloud migration strategies, containerization adoption, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) showcasing NKP and Nutanix DRaaS capabilities.
- Conducted 20 training sessions on NKP, Nutanix DRaaS Cloud and related products, mentoring 15+ colleagues to enhance troubleshooting and customer support skills.
- Troubleshot complex networking issues on Nutanix hardware and Nutanix DRaaS cloud environments involving Layer 2, 3, and 4 protocols (ARP, LACP, TCP, UDP, VPN, BGP, IPsec, routing, and switching) using tools such as tcpdump, traceroute, iperf, MTR, and IPsec diagnostic utilities, supporting enterprise grade DR-environments.
