Location- NYC, NY, with 3-4 days on-site.

Join our Data & Technology team to design, execute, and test innovative solutions for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
– Lead project governance & execution
– Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals
– Implement Project Management best practices across various areas including Schedule, Integration, Scope, Cost, Human Resources, Risk, Quality, and Communications
– Develop and track project plan, issues, status, deliverables, and milestones daily
– Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and ensure timely project delivery
– Monitor project progress, facilitate communication among teams, and drive cross-functional programs
– Coordinate multiple projects, manage stakeholders, overcome challenges, and achieve desired outcomes
– Enhance program quality, identify new opportunities, and expand program offerings
– Establish governance processes for decision-making and issue resolution
– Implement common processes, tools, and metrics for transparent project management and reporting
– Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure project team alignment

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field
– 7+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager
– Proficiency in data analytics tools, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, data warehousing, and ETL processes
– Strong technical skills in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), data pipelines, and big data technologies
– Mastery of project management principles and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
– Experience in managing Data and Analytics projects
– Familiarity with Onshore-Offshore model
