Must-Have Skills – Calypso V15 onwards, Capital Market domain knowledge, Understanding of asset classes like Derivatives, Commodities, FX, Equity etc.

• Detailed Job Description:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Calypso BackOffice operations.

– Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes and system requirements.
– Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and enhance system functionality.
– Oversee the implementation of Calypso solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
– Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
– Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation of Calypso systems.
– Develop and deliver training materials to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Calypso solutions. – Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Calypso-related activities.
– Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support decision-making and project management.
– Support the continuous improvement of business processes through the effective use of Calypso technology.
– Contribute to the companys strategic goals by optimizing financial operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
