Faison: DQ issue management role: Ensure that as they id issues across the firm,
Some issue management bkgd: troubleshooting skills to work with the stakeholders / LOBs
Work is across LOBs so stakeholder management is essential. Need to have a background in issue management, engaging the proper SMEs
Data Management is nice to have
• ServiceNow experience and experience with Thought Spot is good to have
• Lifecycle of an issue – troubleshooting, root cause analysis, etc.
• Collibra DQ is good to have.
• PowerBI and/or Confluence experience are nice to have as well.
• Excel experience is good to have
• SQL skills – queries (pull data
