We are seeking a highly skilled Hyperion Consultant with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects and programs, with a strong technical background in Hyperion.
This role is hybrid, with no travel required, and operates during day shifts.
The Hyperion Consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, contributing to the companys growth and impact on society.
Responsibilities
· Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
· Oversee the development and execution of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
· Provide direction and support to project teams, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
· Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications
· Possess a strong technical background in Hyperion, with hands-on experience
· Demonstrate excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
· Have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
· Show proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
· Display strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
· Be detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
· Demonstrate the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
· Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
· Have a bachelors degree in a related field
· Be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Exhibit a strong work ethic, with a dedication to achieving project goals and objectives.
