Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Erlanger Kentucky– Onsite from day 1.
Job Type: Contract
Job description:
- Requirement Analysis Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
- Solution Design Design and propose ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices
- Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform
- Configuration and Customization Configure and customize ServiceNow modules workflows and scripts to meet business requirements
- Testing and Validation Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions
- Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements technical specifications and process flows
- Training and Support Provide training and support to endusers and other IT teams on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices
- Project Management Assist in project planning coordination and execution of ServiceNow projects
- Stakeholder Communication Facilitate communication between stakeholders developers and other IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualification:
- Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years of Handson experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CIS are highly desirable
- Technical Skills Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration customization and scripting JavaScript Glide API Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Analytical Skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Team Player Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
- Adaptability Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast paced dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and other ServiceNow modules
- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques such as RESTSOAP APIS and middleware
