Location: Minneapolis, MN MUST be onsite

Duration: 1 year+

 

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with a strong background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to lead the development and optimization of CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline internal processes.

 

While experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred, we welcome candidates with experience in other CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. You will collaborate across departments to ensure the CRM aligns with business goals and customer needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop CRM Strategy: Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for CRM systems to improve customer relationships and business operations.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Partner with sales, marketing, customer service, and engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure smooth CRM integrations with other business systems.
  • Customization and Scalability: Customize CRM workflows to meet business requirements, improve processes, and ensure the platform scales with company growth.
  • Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including post-release evaluation and improvements.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers and internal teams to prioritize features and improvements.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize CRM analytics to drive product decisions and optimize the customer journey, ensuring the platform meets business goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate the product vision, progress, and future roadmap to key stakeholders and leadership.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, customer engagement strategies, and data management.
  • Technical understanding of CRM integration with other business systems, such as ERP or marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage CRM data for decision-making.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
