- Title: Customer Order Management Lead – Infor M3
- Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales/Order Management workstream of the project.
- Design and implement order-to-cash processes using Infor M3.
- Configure the system, write functional specs, and support testing.
- Guide the go-live phase and ensure business process alignment.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP, especially in Customer Order Management/Sales modules.
- Previous implementation experience of Infor M3 is required.
- Strong functional background (not heavy on tech/development).
- Ideally, Big 4 consulting experience (or equivalent client-facing, high-standard consulting work)
