About the Role:
This is a new position created to support and improve the Salesforce-based grants management systems used by the Hazard Mitigation team.
Key Responsibilities:
Help manage and maintain Salesforce applications.
Collect and understand user needs for software improvements.
Provide user access and technical support for Salesforce.
Work with developers to turn user requests into technical solutions.
Test new systems to find and report bugs or issues.
Write clear instructions and documentation for system processes.
