Job Description:

Dynamics 365 Support and Application Enhancement Developer with a focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Service module with potentially some Field Service module work as well. Role requires a strong background in application development, troubleshooting, and support, with expertise in KingswaySoft, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and data integration tools.This role will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of our Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service applications, ensuring their optimal functionality to meet the business requirements. In addition, the person(s) in this role will work closely with internal teams and external contractor to design, develop, and implement application enhancements, as well as troubleshoot and resolve system issues.Key Responsibilities:? Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service applications.? Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop enhancements to the Dynamics 365 platform.? Develop and maintain data integration processes using KingswaySoft to support data synchronization between systems.? Create, modify, and manage SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports to meet reporting and data visualization needs.? Conduct troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365, integrations, and reporting.? Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business units, external vendors) to gather and validate technical requirements.? Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.? Stay up to date with new features and best practices in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.Requirements:? 5+ years of experience in supporting and developing applications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and/or Field Service.? Hands-on experience with KingswaySoft for data integration and ETL processes.? Strong knowledge of SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and report building.? Experience with Microsoft SQL Server for query writing and troubleshooting.? Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.? Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.? Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business users and technical teams.Preferred Qualifications:? Experience with other Dynamics 365 modules.? Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies.? Knowledge of Azure Data Services, Power BI, or other cloud platforms.
