Dynamics Tech Lead/Sr Developer – Operations Technology Role Profile:

·         We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps developer, who is familiar with Al Builder and Co-Pilot.

·         The candidate will take ownership for the whole end to end delivery, performing analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of large-scale case management applications.

·         The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with significant experience in architecture, design, and development of applications on MS Dynamics/power platform and having reasonably good communication skills.

·         He/she will be part of a global team that will help onboard different operational use-cases that currently require manual work and consequently bring more efficiency and risk reduction benefits for our Operations users.

·         This requires close collaboration with peer infrastructure teams, business function aligned teams and with business users. Specifically, the person will be responsible for the following- Work with the Product owner/stakeholders/business analysts to understand the requirements, conducting tech analysis and producing project plan.

·         Define Architecture and Design. Build functionality within Dynamics in an iterative fashion with full unit and integration tests for each function.

·         Responsible for Integrating external systems using Azure logic apps, data migration and setting up standard and custom reports -Responsible for setup, administration, and user training of the Dynamics-CE system -Responsible for integrating Al Builder and CoPilot with Dynamics -Responsible for setting up security configuration for the production and other environments -Help support release deployment and provide post production support

Required Skills:

·         Experience in the following technologies – Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement Experience with Power Apps, Power automate, Plugins, Al Builder, CoPilot and related architecture and design practices

·         Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD and C#.net Experience of iterative/agile development practices Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

·         Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills:

·         Familiar with basic Machine Learning concepts Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Patterns Experience with full lifecycle application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, etc.) and delivery management.

·         Comfortable with direct interaction with the business users at all levels

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, equivalent field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience building web applications
