Process Modeling Engineer – Signavio

 9+ years of relevant work exp with the following:

– Strong work experience with Signavio

– Create Process Modeling and Analysis for ITAM program

– Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, process mapping, and process analysis

– Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are important for client interactions and stakeholder management.

– Leveraged expertise in Business Process Management and project coordination to drive organizational improvements.

– Conducted interviews with business process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and insights.

– Applied BPM techniques, including process modeling with BPMN 2.0, to enhance workflow efficiency.

– Designed and analyzed current As-Is process flows to identify areas for improvement.

– Developed detailed business process hierarchies, breaking down processes into manageable tasks.

– Utilized BPM tools such as Signavio to model and optimize business processes.
