Role: Voice Systems Engineer / Voice Technology Engineer with Telephony Systems

Location: Columbus , OH

Duration: 6 months

Keywords- Voice Technology Engineer – Genesys Engage environment – Infrastructure / Patching and Maintaining Environment.

•              The Voice Systems team is responsible for Telephony Systems and provides end-to-end services for planning, building and supporting our telephony environments.

•              The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in Voice Technologies System management experience includes currency and availability, new capabilities, vulnerability, and security.

•              This position also is expected to provide after hours and weekend on call support.

•              Management of Avaya Aura suite of products including CM, AES, SMGR, SM, SBC, Messaging and integration with Genesys.

•              Oracle Session Border Controller management.

•              Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing.

•              Genesys Cloud management.

•              Carrier Voice Network Management.

•              Voice Security /Fraud Detection.

•              3rd Party connectivity management

Note- Need someone to manage Avaya Aura suite of products including CM, AES, SMGR, SM, SBC
