System Administrator

Location: Abbott Park, IL

Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

Manage and support Zscaler infrastructure

Provide L2 support for Zscaler products like ZPA and ZIP

Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues

Collaborate with internal teams for effective solutions

Ensure security policies and configurations are implemented

Maintain documentation and reports for Zscaler systems

Proficiency in Zscaler products and services

Hands-on experience in L2 Admin support

Knowledge of ZPA, ZIA and ZIP functionalities

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
