Genesys Routing composer developer
ORS Implementation
LOCATION : Austin TX
- Will be constantly utilizing your experience in Genesys eServices and Genesys suites of products (Framework, eServices, Routing, Reporting, Call Recording, WFM, etc.) throughout the entirety of this role.
- As the Genesys Developer, they will be writing new codes throughout the entire duration of the role.
- Will be working with Genesys on-premises contact center infrastructure and high viability.
- Will be working alongside a team with Agile methodologies both Scrum and Kanban.
- Responsible for leading and executing technology projects from start to end.
- Will be working with ORS implementation the majority of this role.
- Will be helping other associates with operational-related activities.
- Conducting proof of concepts for new capabilities and solutions.
