·         Desirable Expertise/Experience:

·         Development and implementation of ESRI’s Roads and Highways Linear Referencing System

·         Leveraging Safe Software’s FME Enterprise subscription:

·         FME Form for workflow process development

·         FME Flow for automation of workflows

·         Deployment of VertiGIS Studio for enhancement of ESRI’s Enterprise for ArcGISplatform

·         Deployment, development, configuration, and implementation of HPMS and SLD Manager software

·         Scripting and Coding:

·         Software and application development:

·         .Net

·         HTML

·         JavaScript

·         Python
