Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience (preferred) J2EE, WAS,JSF/Spring/Hibernate, Java Batch, JDBC, HTML, Javascript,
- 8+ years experience (preferred) JQuery, Springboot, Microservices, XML, SOAP,Azure, GIT
- 3+ years experience (preferred) Maven, Nexus,Jenkins, eLDAP, CMIS, FileNet, IIB, ACE, BAR, Splunk, Dynatrace, Veracode
- 8+ years experience (preferred) with Oracle and SQL Server, writing, updating,and testing complex SQL queries and stored procedures
- 3+ IMB WebSphere experience
Typical Duties/Abilities:
- Provides technical guidance andmentoring to technical staff.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Develop, document design, test,and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a javaimplementation
- Daily use of TFS/Azure DevOps including git,boards and CI/CD pipelines.
- Document analysis and findings
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews duringprojects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
- Familiarity with the current technologiesbeing used. (
- Assist with implementing new cutting-edgetechnologies. Offer viable technical solutions for integration with theexisting application code.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, LeanStartup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters,Developers, Designers, Business Analysts).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a trackrecord of taking solution ownership.
- Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate withleadership and key stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate design and configuration choices and bringabout consensus.
- Excellent written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
- Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
