Responsibilities
- Provide an oversight to WMS modernization program
- Provide recommendations for the governance of this program
- Provide the industry best practices for successful implementation of the Planning and Architecture Design Phase – 1 Partner with Ross Project Leads to execute this program
- Participate in coordination between Business and technical project teams.
- Ensure the creation and review of all relevant documentation and Deliverables.
- Facilitate timely governance meetings and project updates.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress and status reporting.
- Manage escalations and issues that may arise.
- Responsible for weekly status, Program Advisory and Steering Committee presentations.
