Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of projects utilizing the Veeva Vault Platform to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives and ensure seamless communication.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of Veeva Vault for eTMF, enhancing operational efficiency.
Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on project evaluations and feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Veeva Vault solutions into existing workflows, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all project activities and deliverables.
Facilitate training sessions for team members on Veeva Vault functionalities to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
Drive innovation by exploring new features and capabilities of the Veeva Vault Platform to enhance project outcomes.
Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management to showcase progress and achievements.
Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications –
Possess extensive experience in managing projects within the Veeva Vault Platform, demonstrating technical proficiency.
Have a strong understanding of eTMF processes and how they integrate with Veeva Vault solutions.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and drive successful outcomes.
Show a track record of implementing process improvements that enhance project efficiency.
Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with additional certifications in project management being advantageous.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

Education
Bachelor or higher degree from an accredited college in the US
Skills Requirement
10+ years’ experience in working in IT services organization.
At least 8+ years of Oracle Database experience
Knowledge, Understand the ITIl process.
In client facing role(s) for at least 3 years.
Excellent Documentations skills in MS SharePoint 2010 /2013
Mandatory skills – Oracle administration required skills.
Performance tuning on oracle databases.
Oracle DBA with experience in large and critical environments.
Exceptional Knowledge of performance tuning at both server level and query level. Candidate must have knowledge of OEM, AWR Reports, TKProf.
Good Knowledge of Oracle internals.
Good Knowledge of Oracle partitioning.
Must have automation experience. Good knowledge of scripting. Ability to write PL-Sql scripts, Shell.
Firsthand experience RAC.
Good to have skills
Experience with Golden Gate
Experience with OUD, Database Vault and Database Encryption in transit and rest

Work with onsite client team / Application owners in US / UK to Tune oracle databases.
Need to be able to work with application groups and independent of database group.
Proactively tune databases.

Must be willing to take responsibility and ownership of work.
Enable and support the team in resolving day-to-day production issues.
Work on Change implementations during UK, US business hours & weekends as per change management process
