- Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll integration
- Experience working with Celergo/ADP (required)
- Experience configuring fields in Oracle HCM, particularly for payroll and interface readiness
- Ability to gather requirements, define interface specs, and map fields to meet Celergo requirements
- Responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, and coordination with business and technical team
