Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Salesforce products and gathering business requirements to support CRM-related projects.
Responsibilities:
Work with business users to gather and document requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, functional requirements for the development team.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to deliver solutions.
Support testing, training, and deployment of Salesforce features.
Create reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.
Requirements:
10++ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
