Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Salesforce products and gathering business requirements to support CRM-related projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with business users to gather and document requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear, functional requirements for the development team.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to deliver solutions.

  • Support testing, training, and deployment of Salesforce features.

  • Create reports, dashboards, and process documentation.

  • Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.


Requirements:

  • 10++ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
