Location: Middletown, PA (Need Local)

Job Description:

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

·        Able to report on-site during critical project phases (e.g., SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare)

·        Successful completion of required background checks (ePATCH, ClearChecks)

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft ADO Testing Module

·        Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Experience Required

·        15+ years of experience in Billing and SAP BRIM implementation projects (SOM, CI, CM, CC, FICA)

·        Expertise in SAP-BRIM for high-volume, consumption-based billing systems

·        Hands-on configuration experience in SAP-BRIM CC, CM, CI and SAP-FICA dunning/collections

·        Experience managing global Order-to-Cash workstreams and keeping projects on time/budget

·        Strong ability to translate complex B2B contracts into configurable billing/financial solutions

·        Automation testing design and configuration for SAP-BRIM

·        Experience managing global billing operations and enterprise business solutions, specifically SAP

·        Understanding of ITIL / ITSM best practices

Responsibilities

·        Lead workshops to gather/document requirements for billing and revenue systems and develop Agile Product Backlogs (User Stories, RICEFs, etc.)

·        Serve as the primary client liaison for development and testing of billing-related user stories through SIT, UAT, and Hypercare

·        Lead workshops to introduce new end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes and support transformation from legacy systems

·        Provide SAP-BRIM functional support during and after implementation, including root cause analysis and resolution

·        Design, execute, and support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing

·        Create business process documentation, service blueprints, user readiness materials, and training content

·        Lead workshops for user training and support billing validation analysis for data migration accuracy

·        Work independently to fulfill project duties and collaborate effectively with business owners, technology teams, and stakeholders

·        Adhere to all PTC standards, policies, and procedures
