Role Overview

•  Provide day-to-day support for TM1 applications used in compensation planning and PIB revenue reporting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot TM1 processes to ensure smooth BAU operations.
• Review and analyze existing TM1 code to document compensation planning workflows and logic.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to clarify process flows and reporting requirements.
• Maintain documentation for TM1 models, including business rules, data flows, and integration points.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within existing TM1 setups.
