Job Description:

We are seeking a 12+ years of highly skilled and hands-on  Data Architect  to lead the design and implementation of enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in  Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing (BIDW) ,  ETL development , and  reporting tools  such as  Tableau  and  Power BI . You will be responsible for architecting scalable data platforms, optimizing data pipelines, and enabling actionable insights across the organization

Technical Skills:

· Strong hands-on experience in BIDW architecture and implementation

· Proficiency in ETL tools: IBM DataStage, Snowflake, SQL, Python

· Expertise in reporting and visualization: Tableau, Power BI

· Solid understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schema), data lakes, and data warehouses

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, data governance, and data security best practices

Good to have:

· Microsoft Power BI certification.

· Experience with MicroStrategy is desirable.

· Experience on SQL, PLSQL is preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Design and develop end-to-end business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, data integration, and report/dashboard creation.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design efficient and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards.

· Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and best practices and provide recommendations for improvement.

· Design and implement robust data architecture solutions for BIDW platforms

· Lead development of ETL workflows using IBM DataStage and Snowflake

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver dashboards via Tableau and Power BI

· Develop and maintain data models, data flow diagrams, and metadata repositories

· Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all data systems

· Optimize performance of data pipelines and reporting layers

· Migrating legacy data systems to modern cloud-based platforms (e.g., Snowflake)

· Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction.

Qualification:

· Somebody who has at least overall 12+ years of experience in Power BI Development.

· Education qualification: Any bachelor’s degree from a reputed college.
