Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled QA Analyst with strong automation expertise and a proven ability to work in Agile environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis, development, and software improvement, with a focus on delivering quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new automation frameworks as needed.
• Manage test cases and defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Agile (Scrum) teams to ensure smooth QA processes.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems effectively to maintain project timelines.

Required Skills:

• Automation Testing:
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Core Java, Selenium, Junit/TestNG, Cucumber, Soap UI, REST API, and Eclipse IDE.
  • Familiarity with tools like Maven, Jenkins, and IntelliJ.
• 7+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of REST/API testing.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining test cases and defect management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

• Team player who can also work independently when required.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and approaches.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Note: Candidates must be local to Tampa, FL, as the role requires onsite work starting Day 1.
