Position: SAP CRM Sales

Job Description:

·         Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, customer relationship management needs, and specific requirements

·         Solution Design: Design and propose SAP CRM solutions that align with the client’s business objectives. Should be able to work on functional specifications and UAT documentation

·         Should have experience in agile methodology.

·         This may involve recommending modules, features, and configurations

·         System Configuration: SPRO Configuration for SAP CRM system to meet the client’s requirements, including integration configs for sales, marketing, service, returns, complaints and customer interaction processes.

·         Data Migration: Plan and oversee the migration of customer data and other relevant information into SAP CRM systems.

·         Customization: Develop and implement custom solutions and enhancements within SAP CRM, often using SAP’s development tools, such as SAP CRM Web UI and AET tool to enhance the SAP screens.

·         Integration: Ensure that SAP CRM integrates seamlessly with other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP, as well as with third-party systems

·         User Training: Provide training to end-users and administrators to ensure they can effectively use and manage the SAP CRM system

·         Working knowledge of S4/ HANA customizations would have an additional advantage.
