Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Madison, WI (Remote)
Duration: Long term Contract
Qualifications:-
- Here is what I need to see (IMHO) to warrant qualifying a candidate deeply:
- If the candidate is currently local to Wisconsin (has a working history in the state):
- 12+ years as PM
- 10+ years on hard-core IT Infrastructure
- Change Management Roles (5+) years
- Active PMP Certification
- If they are a candidate that would work outside of Wisconsin, they need the points above PLUS some of these:
- Multiple PM Roles over Application (ideally Java) solutions
- PM Roles involving establishment of performance measures and reporting on the same (typically with the systems being managed).
- Roles in State Government û DCF Domain (Child Welfare Systems, Child Protective Services, Foster Care, Adoption, Child Support, etc.)
- State privacy regulations (Right to Privacy, Public Records Law, Data Breach Notification, Internet Privacy Protections)
