• Qualification: Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in Data programs, bachelor’s degree.
• PIM Technical: Has hands-on experience in minimum 3 to 5 Informatica P360 implementation and worked on P360 configuration, ActiveVos, Supplier Portal, IDQ and OOTB DQ, P360 Elastic Search, P360 REST APIs, integration with any Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Hands-on Java plugin experience using Informatica P360 Command framework best practices
• PIM Functional: Has broad industry experience in implementing Product Information Management including defining Taxonomy, custom plugin usage, leading PIM practices followed in the industry
• Has advanced Informatica P360 platform experience with plugins
• Has background in Informatica IDQ
• Has exposure to Adobe InDesign, Qlik ETL, and/or IBM DataStage
• Certification: Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2.
• Lead and manage master data management MDM and/or PIM projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from planning, blueprint planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live.
• Lead MDM and/or PIM projects with blended onshore/offshore teams that range in size from 5 to 25 team members
• Advise clients on leading practices for the implementation of master data management/PIM/PLM projects
• Architect MDM and PIM solutions and provide business, governance and technical recommendations
• Work with C-level, VP-level, and Director-level executives on a daily basis
• Conduct “Whiteboard” sessions with clients through the conceptualization, design and implementation of new systems, middleware, MDM/PIM, and business intelligence solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with top executives
• Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
• Program / Project management experience
Must have skills.

1) Must have 5+ years of P360 and worked as Solution Architect in end to end implementation for more 2 or more clients
2) Must have done hands-on work in P360
3) Must be able to lead workshops and drive solutions on different topics related to PIM in general and P360 in particular
4) Be able to bring industry Leading practices for PIM
5) Good understanding of core PIM concepts and corresponding implementation approach in P360 – Taxonomy, attributes, NPI, P360 data model, extensions & additions, Plugins – how to and Informatica recommended best practices, integration
6) Managing collaboration using ActiveVOS and leading practices for managing workflows
7) Lead team for technical and functional activities
