* Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Cloud and Microservices architecture
* Build dynamic and responsive frontend components using Angular (v8+) or React.js
* Develop and consume RESTful APIs
* Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with unit/integration testing
* Participate in design and code reviews; advocate for best practices
* Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
* Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices
* 3+ years of experience with Angular (v8+) or React.js
* Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
* Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git
* Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, reviews and stand-ups.

* Experience working in the Manufacturing Industry
* Proficiency with AWS cloud services
* Ability to lead onsite/offshore teams
* High adaptability to changing business needs and priorities
