We are looking for a Java Technical Lead – C2C – Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 Onsite) with one of our clients.

Job Type: Contract (Day 1 Onsite)
Location: Phoenix, AZ

4. Production Support Experience
Job summary:
• Should have good hands-on experience in AngularJS,Core Java, Java Script, Android SDK, React JS with ITIL skills
• Should be very good in communication
• Responsible for L2 incident Resolution
• Promptly notify any critical issue and coordinate with the concerned teams and follow up on the resolution
• Should be responsible to update shift hand-over. Handshake with Offshore, Client and vendor teams on daily and weekly basis
• Track the ticket to its closure
• Analyze impact of planned patch upgrade / outage
• Perform application check out after patch update / outage
• Should be well versed with ITIL v3 framework
• Ready to work in 16×5 support
• Daily Monitoring + Reporting on pulse calls (08:00 am PST)
• Technical coordination with Vendor teams
•Participate in Major incident management process support. own the P1/P2 incident until issue resolution, subsequently create PBI and track RCA and KEDB formulation.
• Runbook walkthrough with Clent.
