Urgent Hiring Atlassian Architect – Denver, CO

Title: Atlassian Jira Architect

Location: Denver, CO  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with clients to ensure all solutions align to existing and future ecosystem infrastructure and are scalable across the enterprise and minimize disruption across teams
• Responsible for defining the mid-term and long-term roadmap for the Atlassian toolstack to include: training, licenses, plug-ins, infrastructure, and technical debt
• Owns all architectural decisions associated with workflows, automation, custom fields, schemes, permissions, add-ons, and integrations
• Models, designs, tests, and implements plug-ins and integrations to minimize downtime and maximize functionality in accordance with enterprise roadmap
• Actively drives Jira best practices and maintain consistency across all instances
• Defines and manages the Atlassian Integration Platform, including reviewing and approving all integrations with the Atlassian toolstack
• Serve as external SME for the Atlassian Tool Set

Requirements:

• Technical expert JIRA Administrator with 5+ years experience managing large multi-organization enterprise environments
• Technical expert with 5+ years of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Admin experience and able to perform all administration tasks without supervision
• Technical expert with experience building JQL queries, defining KPIs/ metrics, and building dashboards for executives, product management, program management, developers, and testers
• Provide creative solutions for process problems that align with Jira standard methodologies in high growth environments while advocating for process efficiency and consistency
• Able to lead focused Jira and process discussions with a variety of organization members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Conceptual and practical understanding of Agile frameworks to include Scrum and Kanban
• Able to work independently and being a self-starter and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preference for those who have worked with global teams and third party vendors / contractors
• Applicable JIRA certification(s) is a plus (E.g. ACP-120, ACP-420, ACP-620)
