Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Houston, Texas (5 Days Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
• Strong experience in IT deployment, asset management, or IT infra related field with prior involvement in large-scale laptop deployment projects.
• Must have experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot
• Perform end-to-end OS deployments and Familiarity with data wiping methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to address deployment issues
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with end-users and stakeholders
• Proven experience in team leadership, management, and guiding team members through project coordination.
• Willingness to travel to remote locations as needed.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
• Preferred: CompTIA A+ or equivalent hardware certification.
• Preferred: ITIL Foundation Certification.
