Job Description
We are seeking a highly technical Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead enterprise Cloud Security and Vulnerability Management initiatives for a major financial services client.

This is NOT a traditional Program Manager role. We are looking for candidates with a strong Software Development background (mandatory) who have transitioned into Technical Program Management, Security Program Management, or DevSecOps leadership roles.

Technical expertise is the primary focus (70%), while Program Management accounts for 30% of the role.

• Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)

• Common Development Environment (CDE)
• AI Security Tooling
• Developer Security Tooling Adoption
• Experience collaborating directly with software development and engineering teams
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Preferred Security Tools

Hands-on experience with more of the following:

• GitHub Advanced Security
• Checkmarx
• Veracode
• SonarQube
• Qualys
• Tenable
• Rapid7
• Wiz or similar CSPM platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Cloud Security and Vulnerability Management programs.
• Partner with developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, and security teams to drive security initiatives.
• Manage vulnerability remediation from identification through closure.
• Drive adoption of developer security tools and cloud security controls.
• Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Ensure security best practices are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
• Drive DevSecOps and Secure SDLC initiatives across engineering organizations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve enterprise security posture.
