Position: Business Intelligence Developer
Location: Oakland, CA, Rancho Cordova, CA or Alpharetta, GA(Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using SAP Business Objects 4.x, Crystal Reports, Power BI
Lead administration and configuration of Web Intelligence, BI Launchpad, CMC, IDT, UDT, and Universe development.
Manage enterprise data warehouse environments; develop complex T-SQL and PL/SQL stored procedures.
Perform SQL performance tuning, query optimization, and data modeling across large datasets.
Build Power BI reports using Power Query, DAX, and M-Language.
Conduct requirement analysis with customers & stakeholders; convert business demands into BI solutions.
Develop and maintain ETL jobs (SSIS) to support end-to-end data transfer and integration.
Support S/4HANA implementation activities, including process modeling, business process flow design, and system analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams to ensure data quality, governance, and efficient BI operations.
Required Skills
SAP BO expertise: Webi, Crystal Reports, CMC, IDT, UDT
Strong SQL (T-SQL & PL/SQL), Stored Procedure development
ETL tools: SSIS, Informatica, ODI, BODS
Power BI (DAX, Power Query)
QlikView development
Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA and enterprise reporting life cycle
