Gluzo AI
Assistant Director, Partnerships & Onboarding
Gluzo AI | New York, US | Experience: 3–5 years
About Gluzo AI
Gluzo AI is building in the beauty commerce space, inspired by the customer-first, curated shopping experiences of
platforms.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven Assistant Director of Partnerships & Onboarding to grow
our US partner ecosystem across beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, and adjacent commerce categories.
You’ll own partner acquisition and the journey from first conversation through launch, working cross-functionally to
turn strong relationships into active, successful partnerships.
What You’ll Do
• Build the partner pipeline: Identify and engage beauty brands, retailers, distributors, agencies, and other B2B
partners; qualify opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Own partner relationships: Lead outreach, discovery, presentations, commercial discussions, follow-ups, and
ongoing account communication.
• Drive onboarding end to end: Coordinate partner setup, product/catalogue data, pricing, content, documentation,
workflows, and launch readiness with internal teams.
• Enable successful launches: Create clear onboarding plans, timelines, checklists, and partner communications;
proactively resolve blockers and keep launches on track.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with sales, operations, product, marketing, and customer success to align
partner needs with Gluzo AI’s capabilities and priorities.
• Track performance: Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline health, conversion, onboarding time,
activation, partner engagement, and launch outcomes.
• Improve the playbook: Gather partner feedback, identify friction in the onboarding journey, and recommend
repeatable processes that improve speed and quality.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B partnerships, business development, account management, partner
success, or onboarding; beauty, beauty-tech, retail, ecommerce, or consumer brands experience is strongly
preferred.
• Demonstrated B2B experience managing external stakeholders and moving opportunities from outreach and
negotiation through implementation or activation.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage
brand founders, commercial leads, and operational teams.
• Excellent project management and follow-through; able to manage multiple partner launches and competing
priorities without losing detail.
• Comfort using CRM and collaboration tools, maintaining clean pipeline data, and using metrics to spot risks and
opportunities.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and willingness to work across teams in a fast-moving, evolving business.
