Role: Lead Mern Stack Developer

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ (day 1 onsite, 3 days office, 2 days WFH)

Duration: Long term contract

End Client: Marsh

Green card (GC) holders are not eligible for this requirement

Max & Final Rate: $60/hr. on C2C

Immediate Interview 

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

·       12+ years’ experience in the IT industry Demonstrable experience of working on similar technology stack on enterprise scale applications or projects

·       Proven experience as a MERN Senior Developer or similar role

·       Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features

·       Expertise in React.js, and Node.js, MongoDB, NestJS

·       Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations

·       Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

·       Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design

·       Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OA)

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·       Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

·       Ability to write clean, maintainable, reusable and well-documented code

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

·       Able to fit in well within an informal rapid innovation environment and to provide hands-on management
