Role Summary:

The OCM Lead is responsible for driving the organizational change strategy for the S/4HANA program, ensuring user adoption, stakeholder alignment, and smooth business transition. The role focuses on communication, impact assessment, engagement, and readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management strategy for the S/4HANA program.
Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations.
Drive communication planning, leadership alignment, and end-user engagement.
Support business process changes, operating model alignment, and change adoption activities.
Monitor change readiness and proactively address resistance or adoption risks.
Coordinate with Training and PMO teams to ensure seamless business transition.
