Job Description:
The client manages a range of technical projects—from SaaS and COTS solutions to large-scale software development and upgrades—under structured project management and governance processes. The selected contractor will support integration of security and operational components, assist with requirements gathering, financial planning, and coordination, and recommend process improvements.

This role is expected to actively use AI tools to streamline analysis, enhance documentation, and improve efficiency in delivering business analysis work. The contractor will collaborate and communicate regularly with stakeholders, project teams, technical staff, vendors, and executive leadership.

Required Skills:

Business and technical requirements gathering
Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and use cases
AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping
SDLC, fit-gap analysis, and process improvement
UAT test plans, test cases, and scripts
Stakeholder coordination and risk management
Excel, Tableau, and data analysis
AI tools for business analysis and documentation
