 2) Candidates must reside in the Austin area and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Total EXP: 10+ Years 
 Mandatory Requirements:
 Local to Texas only (Austin area preferred)
 Active Texas DL & LinkedIn ID required
 Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) – Must
 Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) – Must
 Strong experience with Texas state procurement laws, regulations, vendor management, sourcing, and contract management

 Must have Experience:
 Public sector / State of Texas procurement experience
 IT procurement & contract negotiations experience
 DIR Cooperative Contracts program experience
