Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track server vulnerability remediation activities.
Manage remediation tasks using ServiceNow IT Remediation Workspace.
Create and maintain vulnerability remediation tasks, change requests, and related configuration items.
Prepare and present remediation changes to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
Coordinate remediation activities across Windows, Linux (RHEL), and Citrix environments.
Maintain remediation metrics, audit evidence, and compliance documentation.
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience coordinating enterprise vulnerability remediation.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Change Management and IT Remediation Workspace.
Experience presenting changes to CAB.
Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, and Citrix environments.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Government, regulated, or large enterprise environments.
CSOC, Infrastructure, and Application team coordination.
Emergency or out-of-band vulnerability remediation.
Audit, compliance, and security evidence collection.
