Must have :
Texas / Federal / Other State agencies experience must
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Management Architecture
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Development
10+ years of experience architecting and implementing solutions using emerging technologies and modern technical landscapes
Experience defining Enterprise Data Management Strategy and Data Warehouse Modernization Roadmaps
Experience with Cloud Enablement, Digital Transformation, and Technology Selection
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Experience developing execution plans, governance models, and organizational strategies
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise architecture initiatives
