Must-Have Skills
Public Healthcare / Health & Human Services (HHS) client experience
10+ years of Business Analysis / Systems Analysis / Data Analysis
Strong Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Warehouse experience
Expertise in gathering business and technical requirements
Advanced SQL for data extraction and data manipulation
Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
Dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to explain technical findings to business users
Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred Skills
Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse environments
Data Governance and Data Quality
AI Prompt Engineering
Experience creating AI Prompt Catalogs using Streamlit with Python
Responsible AI practices and compliance
Training and mentoring business users
Experience working in Public Healthcare / Government environments
