Job Summary
The State of Texas is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to lead the Broadband Connectivity and Video Surveillance Expansion Project. The selected candidate will oversee enterprise-wide project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, scope management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication while managing multiple work streams across statewide facilities.
Required Experience
implementing enterprise-level IT projects
8+ years managing global IT projects
7+ years leading project management across diverse organizations
5+ years of Information Technology experience
5+ years Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
Experience in project planning, risk management, change management, and quality assurance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to support off-hours project activities when required
