Must Have
Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, API, .NET Core)
Blazor Server, Blazor WASM
ETL and relational databases (SQL Server and Oracle)
Experience in leveraging AI tools
Experience working with Texas Education Agency (TEA) and TEA applications. 
State / Public Educational Client experience profiles only
Required Skills
8+ years of Enterprise Software Development / SDLC
Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, .NET Core
Blazor Server / Blazor WASM
ETL and relational databases – SQL Server & Oracle
Experience leveraging AI tools across design, development, and testing
Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies
DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and version control
Unit Testing
Docker / Containerized Applications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications
Build custom business applications from the ground up
Provide technical guidance on .NET and relational database technologies
Develop ETL and centralized data solutions for reporting
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance
Follow Agile/Scrum practices and complete SDLC activities
Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
Build and optimize Docker-based services
Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
