Strong CMDB & CSDM knowledge
ServiceNow Architecture & Governance
Discovery, Service Mapping & MID Server
Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, AD, SSO
User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog & Asset
Azure / Cloud integrations
REST / SOAP / APIs
JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer & Integration Hub
ATF, CI/CD, Source Control & DevOps
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
Preferred:

Lead Developer experience in 5+ end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
Enterprise ServiceNow architecture experience
Technical documentation and solution design experience
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
