Must Have
Texas state agencies, or public‑sector environments

Skills:
4–7 years of Cloud, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering experience
2+ years hands-on AWS experience
Strong experience with AWS enterprise environments
Experience with legacy AWS environment remediation, migration, or modernization
Experience remediating cloud security vulnerabilities/findings
Hands-on Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
AWS security best practices – IAM, networking, logging, monitoring, encryption
Experience working within established architecture, security, governance, and compliance standards
Strong technical documentation and implementation skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Texas State Agency / Public Sector experience strongly preferred
Preferred Skills:
AWS Landing Zone experience
Microsoft Azure / hybrid cloud experience
DIR security standards and compliance
Experience supporting TxDOT or other Texas State Agencies / Public Sector environments
