Required Skills
• 8+ years of IT Project Management with PMP certification
• Agile Scrum Methodology and/or SAFe
• Preparation and management of project budgets
• Management of technical software development staff
• Management of customer-oriented Integrated Product Teams
• Business analysis, business process mapping and requirements documentation for Healthcare Insurance Systems similar to CMBHS
• Azure DevOps
• Management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience with PPM systems

Preferred Skills
• Preparation of formal Business Case
• Project Charter development
• Scrum Master certification
