• State / Federal / Government Client Experience – MUST
• Active PMP Certification – MUST
• 8+ years Business Analyst / Business Data Analyst experience
• Requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
• Business process analysis – As-Is / To-Be process flows and data flow diagrams
• Data profiling, data validation, data elements, definitions and business rules
• Extensive hands-on SQL – complex queries, joins and aggregations
• Source-to-target mapping and data analysis
• BRDs, functional requirements and data requirements documentation
• Data dictionaries and data lineage
• Business measures, metrics and KPIs
• Gap analysis
• Data governance and enterprise reporting/analytics
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshops and facilitation
• UAT – test scenarios and test cases
• Formal SDLC experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
