The role requires extensive public-sector budgeting, financial management, procurement, contract administration, and Information Technology operations experience. 
Required minimum 8 Years  of State of Texas Budget Experience
Certification : CTCM 
Skills & Experience

IT business operations and budget administration
State of Texas budgeting, legislative appropriations, and budget planning
Capital budgets and capital project expenditure monitoring
Procurement, contract administration, and financial reconciliation
CAPPS, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and reporting
Microsoft Access databases, queries, and reports
IT governance, financial forecasting, and executive reporting
Stakeholder coordination and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications

TCAPPS experience
CTCM Certification
