Job Description:
Analyze business systems and user needs
Perform business process reengineering
Prepare solution options, risk analysis, and cost/benefit analysis
Write detailed functional and technical documentation
Work with minimal supervision and handle independent decision-making
Project Overview:
Migration of existing system (Microsoft Forms, PowerAutomate, Excel, Power BI) to Jotform platform
Redesign workflows, forms, and reporting structure
Support integration of legacy Excel data with new Jotform data
Collaborate with Senior Systems Advisor for system design
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions
Perform gap analysis and validation
Support testing and implementation
Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams
